Versatile with proven security organizational and interpersonal skills, developed in small and large subsidiaries with management experience. He served in the Nigerian Army Combat Engineers for close to fifteen years with core Army Special Forces Deployment / Combat Training and experience, before his voluntary retirement. He has worked for security organizations in management levels. His professional activities can be said to cut across all security disciplines in the Maritime, Hospitality, Construction Industries, and etcetera. After his experiences in paid employment, he Co-founded the August Eye Group Ltd. And solely own ChrisHerm Ventures Limited, a Facility Management Company.

He started the first ever Military Veteran magazine known as THE VETERAN VOICE and has media appearances in the Print Media, Television stations, Radio stations and Satellite/Cable televisions. Often times he utilizes his personal resources to bring security awareness to the society.

PHILANTROPHY

A philanthropist by nature, He offers free security guards and other services for Orphanages, Schools and Worship Centers. With his NGO the Wise Heart Solutions Foundation, he partners with Agencies like WOTCLEF, NAPTIP, and NACTAL on Girl Child Abuses. He currently has some of these girls back to school and pays their school fees in the University. Associate Member Nigeria Red Cross Society (AMNRCS), Member Lions Club International Foundation (MLCIF). He hosted over 500 University of Lagos students to a talk on cultism, Terrorism and other criminal vices. He is the Chief Operating Officer for Wise Heart Solutions Foundation for his love for Protecting the Girl Child.

He retired from GE in 2014 and started Zoomlens Security Solutions, a security consultancy in Lagos.
